You will be conveniently located near a wide range of outdoor activities with plentiful fishing opportunities, easy access to ATV and snowmobile trail systems, vast public hunting lands, golfing, hiking, shopping and 2 casinos within an hour's drive. You can literally do as much or little as you choose—it's YOUR vacation!!

Soo Lake is 561 acres in size with a depth of 21' and species of fish include muskie, northern pike, walleye, large and small mouth bass and panfish—a fisherman's dream!

Price County Forest land is within 3-4 miles of the property ~ great for hunting!

The Georgetown ATV trail is within 3-4 miles ~ relaxing riding at it's finest!

Docking Notes (can be Shallow Water Area):
For the easiest and safest approach, boats should come in from the right side when facing the home from the lake, as there is a large rock on the left. Stay along the north side of the bay, then follow the creek channel by turning south along the west side. This path will guide you into the dock from the right side facing Grouse Haus. You'll notice in the photos that a pontoon is sometimes docked on the left side—it can be done, but the right-side approach is recommended for better depth and clearance
